Existing Challenge
A 13.2-acre site with a vacant 11,242 sqm office building was underperforming, despite its strong riverside setting, green views and residential context.
Architectural Solution
We proposed a mixed-use masterplan with 315 luxury apartments and 5,600 sqm of private healthcare and wellness space, retaining commercial value while introducing new residential and lifestyle uses.

The proposal transforms an obsolete office asset into a high-quality mixed-use destination, unlocking the site’s natural, residential and commercial potential.
