Existing Challenge
The long, narrow site and evolving fire safety requirements created tight spatial constraints, making a conventional apartment layout difficult to achieve.
Design Solution
Using a one-apartment-per-floor strategy, the design extends the home into the lift lobby and corridor, creating a private arrival experience. A warm Japandi palette, full-height openings and minimal detailing bring light, calm and clarity to the compact floor plan.
