RIVERSIDE CRESCENT
Riverside Crescent reimagines an underperforming office site as a residential-led mixed-use destination shaped by its riverside setting and surrounding landscape. The masterplan introduces 315 luxury apartments alongside private healthcare and wellness facilities, creating a balanced combination of living, wellbeing and commercial uses. By replacing an obsolete single-use asset with a more diverse development model, the proposal unlocks the site’s long-term residential, environmental and commercial value.

Existing Challenge
A 13.2-acre site with a vacant 11,242 sqm office building was underperforming, despite its strong riverside setting, green views and residential context.
Architectural Solution
We proposed a mixed-use masterplan with 315 luxury apartments and 5,600 sqm of private healthcare and wellness space, retaining commercial value while introducing new residential and lifestyle uses.
