STATION HAUS
Station Haus transforms a highly constrained urban site into an exclusive collection of six dual-aspect apartments. A one-home-per-floor typology maximises daylight, cross-ventilation and privacy, while the stepped massing responds sensitively to the surrounding residential context. A shared rooftop garden completes the development, providing valuable communal amenity and elevated views across the wider townscape.

Existing Challenge
A narrow urban site, only 8.7 metres at its tightest point, had remained undeveloped due to its constrained footprint.
Architectural Solution
We introduced a one-apartment-per-floor typology, creating six dual-aspect homes with strong daylight, cross-ventilation and privacy. Stepped massing responds to neighbouring two-storey houses, while a rooftop garden adds shared amenity and views over Kingston town centre.
