THE LAUNCH PAD
The Launch Pad reimagines an outdated headquarters building as a flexible life-science and co-working hub. By retaining the existing structure and façades, the design reduces unnecessary redevelopment while introducing laboratories, adaptable workspaces, natural materials, daylight and indoor greenery. The result is a more sustainable and commercially resilient workplace designed to support collaboration, innovation and evolving occupier needs.

Existing Challenge
Post-COVID working patterns reduced demand for large single-use headquarters offices, leaving the existing asset in need of a new purpose.
Architectural Solution
We proposed a mixed-use masterplan with 315 luxury apartments and 5,600 sqm of private healthcare and wellness space, retaining commercial value while introducing new residential and lifestyle uses.
